Jessika Foller is building her legal career around a simple belief: people facing family law challenges deserve to feel heard, supported, and informed throughout the process.
As a Paralegal at Village Family Lawyers, Jessika works closely with the legal team to support clients through what can often be a difficult and uncertain time. She understands that family law matters are deeply personal, and she is committed to helping ensure every client feels respected, listened to, and cared for from the outset.
Currently completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Criminology at Monash University, Jessika brings a strong academic foundation to her role, alongside practical experience gained through hands on work in family law. Her experience with the Monash Law Clinics Family Law Assistance Program gave her valuable insight into the realities families face during separation, while also developing her skills in client communication, legal research, and court document preparation.
Jessika also volunteered at a community legal centre, where she supported lawyers with client intake, file management, and case preparation. These experiences reinforced her passion for helping people access clear guidance and support during challenging periods in their lives.
Within the firm, Jessika assists with legal research, drafting affidavits and consent orders, document preparation, and file management. She is known for her organised and thoughtful approach, strong attention to detail, and willingness to support both clients and colleagues wherever needed.
What Jessika enjoys most about her role is contributing to outcomes that help people move forward with greater confidence and clarity. She understands that even small acts of support can make a meaningful difference when clients are navigating significant life changes.
As she continues her studies and develops her career in family law, Jessika remains committed to building the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to support families with compassion, professionalism, and care.
