Deferred Fees

We understand that legal fees can be daunting.
This is why we have teamed up with Plenti who provide loans to eligible clients for the purpose of funding their legal matter.
This is an option for our clients who may not be able meet the up-front costs of their legal matter but have equity in their property.

A loan from Plenti may be an option that allows you to receive expert advice and the support you deserve, without the stress of paying legal fees until your matter is finalised.

Please see below case studies, visit https://www.plenti.com.au/legal-finance/ for more information, or contact us to discuss your options.

Case Study 1

Mary and Bill have separated. Their assets include the matrimonial home and two cars.

The matrimonial home is estimated to be worth $800,000 and there is a mortgage of $300,000. There is significant equity in the property.

However, Mary is a stay at home mum to two young children and does not have the cash flow to meet her legal fees.

Mary may be eligible for a loan from Plenti, which will provide her with the opportunity to obtain the legal representation she deserves.

Case Study 2

Jane and Jack have separated. Their assets include the matrimonial home and shares in Jane’s name.

There is equity in the matrimonial home. Jane and Jack have three children. Jane has remained in the matrimonial home with the children and Jack has moved into a rental property. Jack has used his savings to set up his new home.

He has also been paying rent and the mortgage so things are tight until his property settlement occurs. Jack knows he needs expert legal representation but cannot meet the up-front costs. He may be eligible for a legal loan from Plenti, which may alleviate some of his immediate financial pressures.
