As Receptionist and Client Coordinator, Michelle welcomes clients, manages enquiries and appointments, and keeps communication flowing smoothly between clients and the legal team. She knows that people reaching out to a family lawyer are often going through one of the most difficult periods of their lives, and she brings a calm, warm and discreet presence to every interaction.
Michelle has more than 20 years of experience in client-facing and administrative roles. That includes supporting a Chief Legal Counsel, which gave her a strong understanding of the confidentiality and care a legal environment requires. She has also worked closely with families in community and education settings, where she learned to stay calm and compassionate when people are under real pressure.
Having lived and worked on the Mornington Peninsula, Michelle takes pride in making sure every client feels welcomed, respected and well looked after from their very first contact with the firm.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, entertaining at home and indulging her passion for interior decorating. Having recently settled into her forever home, built by her husband, she loves putting her own stamp on the space and bringing her appreciation for design and styling to life.
