Lauren has had a diverse career that includes roles in banking and finance, teaching in various schools, and working as a legal educational consultant at Leo Cussen. A nationally accredited mediator and experienced family lawyer, Lauren combines legal acumen with a deep understanding of the emotional and practical challenges of separation. Her background as a school teacher, coupled with her lived experience as a parent, gives her unique insight into the needs of families—particularly when navigating parenting arrangements.
Lauren is passionate about helping clients reach dignified, child-focused agreements through negotiation and mediation. She is highly skilled in preparing consent orders and financial agreements, with a special interest in matters involving high-value assets, complex family dynamics, and out-of-court settlements. When litigation becomes necessary, Lauren draws on extensive courtroom experience, having appeared in the Magistrates’ Court and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, instructing counsel at both interim and final hearings.
